I am getting closer to completion of my turbo build and I am going to have a custom 2.5-inch V-banded exhaust built. The situation is that I need it to exit at the center bottom of the Work Anhelo bumper on the car:



This bumper has less curvature that the OEM bumper, so it allows 2-3 additional inches of room between the subframe/diff and the inside of the bumper. I'm looking for a suggestion for a center exit muffler, or alternatively advice on whether or not it is a good idea to go with a good Magnaflow muffler and just U-bend it back towards the center and then 90-dgree bend it out the center of the bumper.

 

DIY or exhaust shop job using a C5 Corvette style muffler (lots of aftermarket)

Doesnt vibrant make a center enter side exit glass pack style muffler, sure you could run that backwards. And why would you go with 2.5" really.

Though if he's just getting a muffler then 3 is a no brainer.

 

Could he get away with running an adequate muffler/resonator before the diff since turbo?
