Where is the target idea rpm and vic switch at X rpm options? I can't find them.

But probably: Advanced Engine->Programmable On/Off outputs

MSPNP-Pro 99-00 not sure on firmware but it's whatever would have been on it when it shipped 08/16.

Not sure which output would translate to Vics control
