Just keep in mind the exhaust heat coming through the transmission tunnel. Without carpet it's near unbearable for a DD. I taped carpet+insulation to the side. Looks very much like a race car, but it works wonders. And mine is a race car.

Have you tried Tower Paint?
I have not, do they have Mariner blue in a can, or are they just a good place to go to get a paint matched can?

Tower Paint can make anything you want as far as I remember. Prices are reasonable too.

It does get HOT. Shorts are pretty much necessary for long drives. Burnt legs are common.

I've been dragging my feet on this part of my car.

Nice! A little too stripped for a street car, but clean nonetheless. Add in a dash pad, move that harness up under the dash, and make a flat door card and it'd be perfect.

Edit - and use the single brace from the red car previously posted.

edit: I don't think it's a Miata. It won't let me delete this post now. It's a nice interior though.

Ill post some pictures of mine when I get a chance. It looks a lot like the targa miata, but yellow.

I don't know how you've managed to live with the tan interior that long. I abhorred it. Buying two cans of the Vinyl and Fabric paint, and getting some black carpet and seats was the best thing I ever did in aesthetics. Paint still holding very well after nearly a year, and I always drive with windows or top down (no A/C), and it's always parked in the sun.

Now here's as minimalist as I got...

And yes, I drove it for months like that...with boost gauge zip-tied to dash bar. I can say the car felt a good bit faster...

You order with your paint code, what ever way you want it.
