I have no idea if that will help your issue, but it's pretty cool. But.. why not swap manifolds? What's the reasoning?

besides the fact that they don't have a 53mm option DAMN THEM!

They've got a 53.8mm for GT28s.... I thought the T25 housing was supposed to be for T25 turbos... (GT2560R) for instance. Maybe I need to learn a little more about numbering conventions?

1: I like the fact that my casty is bulletproof
2: $$$
3: $$$$$
4: Few good options with A/C, P/S, and 3" Turbo-back.

I've heard those make shitty low spool because that's supposed to be the worst possible place to put the WG port. Hopefully an engineer will sign in and tell us.

I'm going to install a disc brake on my CHRA. It will be attached to a seperate "WG Actuator" and apply friction in an overboost condition....

...boost creep makes **** hard to tune

cast manifolds are lame.
run a downpipe brace and a flex joint if you are THAT worried.... the only tubular manifolds that crack are ebay ones that are made of 18 guage metal and hold the turbo and the entire exhaust up.

you will benefit from a tubular manifold for sure.
ps "t25" is the footprint of the flange which is a generalization like t3 turbo or t4 turbo which has no effect on the turbine wheel.

I'm not an engineer, but I really don't see spool up being a problem. Look at your manifold, the wastegate hole is right where the runners join. This would just put the wastegate another ~3-4" further up.

FWIW this is how I'm thinking about doing the wastegate on the BMW. Right in the housing.
