WTB: Racecar Turbo Miata
This is a wish list, but obviously just that a wish list
Budget is open, but I have enough to get what I'm looking for.
- Cleaner the car the better. AKA something like Deviate, but turbo
- widebody, fender flares, etc... to fit 15x10 wheels
- Full cage (something like TCD)
- Real Aero, prefer not plastic sheet spoiler, but I know that's the rage
- Built motor, VVT, etc... , coolant reroute, cooling system worked out so that it doesn't overheat in 95F
- Reliable turbo kit, on the track, so not easy. Something developed and worked out so that it doesn't last one session.
- Xida gen 2, swaybars, etc..
- etc....

Ha, now I see why you asked about my car. You're around the corner too. Bummer, would have much preferred to see Sonic go as a whole.

Indeed. Would have saved a **** ton of work for both of us. Oh well, mine still would have needed a few things like aero and a cage to be where he wanted it to be.
OP, send me a PM. The current owner of Bullet has it up for sale, it's exactly what you're looking for. Will cost more than my car did, but it's fully developed with aero, cage, etc.

Didn't know Alan was selling Bullet. Funny, it's technically the fastest Miata ever built on the west coast. I wouldn't mind driving again sometime. Dan and Sonny both got to drive it in fully dialed S1 config. So much funs.

Usually on the superspec cup public group (new series name) for formerly s2 cars. For cars that were formerly s1/supergt... Anywhere.
Thanks is it this one ? https://facebook.com/groups/superspecracing The others i could see without logging in, i really don't want to make a facebook account again.
Edit - nevermind i can see the posts, thanks again
I think the only S1/SGT Miatas available now are Andrew Kidd's Rover and possibly his customers Rob's car. Andrew closed down trackspeed engineering, married has a kid, house and is working in IT now. I suspect tender A generous offer for Rover.
The other SGTs have all been sold or converted to something else.

Closed down the retail side, but Trackspeed 11.75 BBKs, radiators, fuel pump rewires, and turbo kits (soon) will be/are available from Tarmac 88, Flow Force, and FM in 2020. I am about to send a batch of BBKs to Tarmac88 next week, in fact.
It would take a pretty monumental offer to convince me to part with Rover, but I suppose everything is for sale at the right price. OP, if you have an appetite in the mid 5-figure range, we should talk.
