Hey all again,

I dropping my block off at the machine shop today to overbore my 1.6 liter to 78.5mm and asked him to check the tolerance on my crankshaft to know what bearings to buy. He mention that my current bearings are as close to perfect as they get and recommended reusing them. Now I'm not saying he's wrong because he has been doing this for 62 years but should I go ahead and run acl race bearings since I am in there already? I do have hopeful power goals. What is the perk to upgrading to race bearings over oem?
