Selling MSM #1465 [JM1NB354X40406516]
$7500 - OR BEST OFFER
Less than 5k miles on rebuilt motor & GT2860 CHRA.
The five-o motorsport 460cc injectors are currently pulled out, upper intake manifold removed. Was going to upgrade & move to megasquirt (eventually).
You will not pass standard TX OBD-II emissions, the OEM MSM computer has a BEGi chip installed from the previous owner. (as far as I'm aware). And ran with a XEDE piggy back system on RC440 injectors.
I have full documentation of service while it has been in my possession.
Reason for selling: I am moving August 1st & I won't be able to bring my MSM where I'm moving to.
I need to SELL ASAP & I don't have time to part out.
I would keep it if I could.
Bring a trailer! You're going to need it.
I am open to reasonable offers.
Best way to CONTACT: msm1465@yahoo.com
All sales are Final & As-Is. Title in Hand.

Yeah, Girzor is tough to get ahold of. I emailed him twice and heard nothing back. Probably has bigger fish to fry with the recent move, but I'm interested as well
I'll make it transparent...
I agree to your price as long as the car is as clean as it looks in the photos.
Minor previous damage will be accepted.
As long as the unibody structure is clean, it doesn't have a reconditioned title, and it isn't a rust bucket I'm good with it.
It will be a forever "keeper" and it will stay a street car. It will always be garaged and probably never driven in the rain.
It will not be my daily driver, I have multiple "roaches" that I use as appliance transportation.
It will not be stripped, parted out, or used in W2W competition.
It will not be drifted.
I have no intention of ever selling it but if I do I grant Girzor "right of first refusal" (IE if I sell it I have to offer it to Girzor FIRST!)
I understand what "as-is, all sales FINAL" means and accept it as it sits.
I am competent to repair any system on the vehicle and intend to make all of them functional if they are not currently.
I have access to the nicest open car hauler I've ever seen and multiple tow vehicles. I can move it quickly from the Austin area (I'm 200 miles out).
I have cash, the money is not a problem.
I could move it tomorrow but will wait until the timing of the transfer fits your schedule.
I'm also friends with Corky Bell, I consider him a mentor as he was the first "real" car guy I ever worked for. This was nearly 40 years ago.
If you are friends with Corky feel free to call him for a reference regarding me.
Years ago I helped edit "Maximum Boost" (the manuscript was BETTER than the finished product, much more raw and Corky's humor was more evident).
My favorite Miata is a Titanium MSM. I own a silver 01 SE, it's my second choice after a Titanium MSM.
I already have a set of ID1050s and am going to pull the trigger on a DIY MS3 Pro soon anyways. I'll just order it for a MSM instead of a NB2.
I live in a county that OBD2 testing is not done, on anything at all!
The only bad thing about me purchasing this car is the super clean 01 SE I own will have to get parted out. It's already been stripped for track duty (PO) and it's missing a bunch of street stuff now so it's not that big a deal but I don't think I'll ever find another as clean.
Now, if you're hesitant about selling and want to keep it I understand fully and will not fault you for that. I wouldn't want to sell it either...
But if you do want to sell it I'll provide it a good home, it will be perfectly maintained, not abused, and if I ever decide to part ways with it you will be contacted first.
Seriously interested...
You should have my contact info in the E-mails and PM I sent.

I claim "right of first refusal" on the the red MSM I built for a friend that is shown on my website. He'll never sell.
Your car is far more "built" than that one. Leonard will be jealous...
PMd you calteg.
Yes, I will give "friends and family" rates to MT.net members but I do not want to dirty up GirzOr's for sale thread.
AC questions please PM me.

Give me a call please.
Apologies for the delay, I've been pretty busy with work.
And you're 100% correct on being hesitant on selling . I've never really been able to fully enjoy the vehicle & only made it this far into the "build".
