Default Galling on crank

Two questions.

So I'm going over everything on my forged build before I take it machine shop, and notice these marks on the crank. The car the crank came out of sat for a while, and I believe they're from rust. They absolutely hook a fingernail and would guess they're at least a few thou deep. I'm going to take a wild guess and assume it's junk, but figured I'd ask just in case. Or maybe I'll slap some JB Weld on there and sand it down, amirite?

My second question regards the oil and coolant ports that are allegedly on the hotside of some NA blocks. My block is a '94, and these are two bolts in question. I believe they're BSP fittings if they are in fact coolant/oil ports, but I'm not sure. I'd really like to use them if possible or hear from anyone who has. Thanks in advance.

I don't recall the threading on the coolant port, but the oil port is M10 x 1.5.

Use a -4AN to M10 banjo fitting with an M10x1.5 banjo bolt.

Crank is junk. They are oil/coolant, but not bsp. Oil m10x1.5(?), coolant is bigger I think, m12. They’re straight thread you’ll use a crush washer on

I'll second that the crank is trash. Machining it will likely take it through the nitride layer.
