Default VVT O-Rings

Hi All, I am making some good headway finally on my engine build. You know, cause I attached the head to the block ()
I am maybe 70% done putting it all together.

I am now near the VVT system and I have some questions. I know the answer to all of these will be "Yes, replace ALL of them" but I want to know if I really must.

A) I left the VVT cam gear alone. I never opened that assembly. Engine had 100k and no vvt-related issues, so I think that should be fine. I think.

B) On the VVT Oil control system up top
Someone who knows a lot more on Miatas than I do helped me on the Mazda parts replacement order and we did not order any gaskets or O-rings

So here is what remains of used parts:
Gasket:
There is a teflon metal gasket. I figure we are fine to re-use that. Based on a recent convo on the board, people don't seem to find many issues in reusing a teflon metal gasket for a non-major pressure part.

VVT Internal O-rings
There are red and black gaskets on that vertical stack VVT control system. They seem in good shape and I don't want to replace them. Am I good to leave them alone? Thoughts?
Oring 1
Oring 2

Oil Pipe Feed O-ring
This one I am most curious on. There is an oil feed line into the VVT and an O-ring that seals the oil coming in. It seems in good shape, but unsure if that requires replacement. Thoughts on that?
Here is a link to it: https://www.flyinmiata.com/default/v...pe-o-ring.html

Bill at miataroadster has pieced together a kit that includes all you need. Push the easy button

I just installed that kit during a rebuild. It is the easy button.
There were no apparent problems before rebuilding the vvt, but as they came off the o rings were all very hard and had flattened out. Good time to change them.

MiataRoadster / Mazdashifters seems to be no more. I tried for a week or longer to login and their website no longer works.
I gave up early in that cycle and just bought parts from Mazda Parts department.

I am glad I did. Those O rings were as hard as plastic. I basically replaced everything.

Thanks for the advice everyone.

Glad it worked, and you could get rings from Mazda. I could not even find the vvt in their parts catalogues on line at Mazda dealers.
Bill sent me some links that appear to still work. Something went wrong with the old links/store.
