I purchased some Supertech heavy dual spring used a few years back and finally getting around to installing them; I've realized I bought them without the Supertech spring seats.

Am I right in that Supertech's always had the spring seats for all of their options? Are they the same part for the single/duals or is there different part numbers. Shipping across borders I just want to make sure I'm ordering the right one: SEAT-TS/MA18I?

All of the 1.8 kits come with that spring seat yes.
