Default Help!

Hey y’all! Ok I need some ideas / help I purchased a flyin Miata turbo mani, downpipe elbow and mid pipe. for my 92 NA. The turbo I have chosen is a Garrett t25 I think. Anyway, attaching the elbow on the hot side I have one stud not lining up. It’s off by about 2mm ish. My choices are elongate the elbow or filling in said off set hole in the turbo then re drilling and tapping a new hole. Thought? Ideas? Thanks.

Not a straight shot.

I’ve seen this on a couple random Garretts, couldn’t tell you why. Just enlarge the hole until it goes on, use a fender washer if necessary.
