Good forum etiquette, don't double post in multiple places, and if you're asking for people to spoonfeed you everything you need try put more effort in, why should we put effort in explaining something to you if you won't put effort in to research yourself.
Forum is literally full of builds that make 300hp, all of which will list their turbo and likely have dyno graphs spool info etc.
What I've gathered is that the EFR turbo line is very good for around that range if you get the right size (I'm a garrett guy so don't really know sizings for those)
Spend some time searching things here and you will find answers, look at the build threads etc.

I am at 304 hp, 284 torque, with the gtx2860 gen 2. I am happy with the spool (butt dyno only). I started at 260hp, and am still using a log manifold, but with e85. 300 vs 260 seems huge. This is probably where I will keep the car at, but there was no efr when I started this journey, so consider your options. Efr with Kraken has a pretty much rust proof log manifold, if you go with Garrett, none available in stainless off the shelf unless you go tubular. Then you have the option of vband ! This I would recommend as well, and will increase spool also.
