Nice explanation! I'm looking forward to receiving my set for my BX11. My stock backing plates are long gone so I guess I'm going to add a "todo" item to create some cardboard-aided-design templates and see what I can knock together.

BX11 and BX1175 duct kits now shipping.

The open airflow architecture of our Patented Boxmount brackets works with he integrated ducts for maximum cooling. These duct kits bolt directly to our Boxmount braces so they only fit our Boxmount kits. Details on website.

BX1175 kit with shield


BX11 kit. You can trim your OEM backing plate to cover up the inside of the rotor to improve airflow. We did this to reduce the duct kit cost
