Fuel pump size question
Could I get a sanity check on my research?
I am Looking for a new fuel pump for my build of a forged 1.8 with a 6258EFR shooting for 300+/-15 whp out of my FF640s on pump gas due to a lack of E85 around me. From what I'm seeing I should be able to reach my goal or be just short of it depending on injectors and efficiency. From what I'm seeing i might need to bump up the fuel pressure on my system and I have bought new FPR and fuel rail, now I'm just sorting the pump out and was looking at a DW200 255LPH. if I'm expecting to run 50-55 system pressure, this should push my injectors to equivalent 720 (at 55psi) then with the 17-20 psi of expected boost that should push fuel pressure to a max of 75 psi right? which will push the fuel pump into about the 190-200ish LPH range which is still well above the roughly 155 LPH calculation I saw based on another fuel pump calculator I used. is this all sounding on track or is there something I am not seeing?

I'm using the DW200 pump and DW injectors that are 700 or 750cc, I can't recall. Out of duty cycle headroom at about 325whp. Don't go more than about 85 percent DC or there may not be enough headroom for fluctuations in temperature and pressure.
Sounds good, I was doing calculations on 80% duty cycle, I would like some headroom for safety. I could just get some larger injectors, power goal is just under what keeps the 6 speed from becoming a consumable, and the projected power of my injectors seemed to be under that. I have my ebc wired to a switch to toggle on and wastegate pressure.
