I’ve (I think) all posts about engine stalled but with no success to resolve the issue.

I've a vvt swap in a NA Miata running MS3 Basic.

So here it is. Since the first start up of the car (about 2/3 weeks) there is this issue where the engine stalls, on idle with no accel, on low rpm with accel. It’s always between 800 and 2000 rpms.
Here is a on the log a classic one, it’s very strange because it’s like all is bugging for 0,5 sec (end of the log) and then the engine die.
(I was changing some enrichment parameters during logging so the beginning of the afr is a bit unstable)

I can't view the tune on my phone but I would ensure your tables are set with 500 and 800 rpm columns. The 500 column should have slightly more fuel and spark timing to help catch and bump up the rpms if they are falling. The next column is usually a 1200 or 1500 column and idle target value should be between 800 and 1200 so it idles steadily.

I also recall working with the idle dashpot adder at some point when tuning but can't recall what settings made everything work well without my laptop.

 

Thanks for your response but I've a good/stable idle. I press the throttle a multiple time (noticeable on the log) and maybe 1/15 and even if I do nothing the log seems stuck (0,5s) and just after that the engine stalls.
