Car wont see past 70kpa
Hello All,
I recently installed my MSPNP Pro in my 1999 miata. I fired it up, and attempted to take it for a few test drives with autotune running, and my friend and I noticed that the car at WOT would lean out. We then noticed that It was not going past 70kpa. Has anyone else had this issue? is it a mechanical issue? I was thinking it could be a vacuum leak, or maybe the car is simply not getting enough fuel, or even the location for my vacuum to ECU might be in a wrong spot. Thoughts?

You're showing 69.7 kPa with the engine off which means either that is the atmospheric pressure in your location or you have the wrong MAP sensor calibration loaded. If you are sea level then I'm guessing your MAP sensor calibration is wrong.
The value you're seeing with the key on and the car not running should be the max KPA you'll see on a naturally aspirated engine. For example I'll usually see around 90 KPA here at 2700 feet above sea level.
Checking the MAP sensor calibration like J1000 mentioned is a good idea.
