Default Turbo oil line routing sanity check

I im the process of making the oil and water lines for my turbo setup and I have an idea for how I want to route my oil feed line, but I just want to make sure that my plan will work. For context I have a 96+ block so I don't have an exhaust side oil feed port. I plan on using the TDR oil cooler kit that comes with a sandwich plate that has 2 ports for oil pressure/temp sensors, If I were to use the 2 ports to get my oil temp and pressure readings and then use the original oil pressure sensor port as a feed port, would that be able to adequately feed my turbo and provide accurate readings?
