Default Can you guys go over my tune and give me suggestions?

1990 1.6 Miata. Gonna have a t3 turbo. It has a 8 pound wastegate but I’m looking for around 10 so I have a manual boost controller. 450cc injectors and speedy efi with tuner studio. Any other info you need let me know!

Don’t go leaner entering boost. First row does. Get to richer targets sooner, and ignition should continue to taper down if boost goes up. It currently stops at 21 degrees, good for about 150kpa, but it needs to keep going down above that. VE table doesn’t mean much to me, as long as you’re hitting targets.

I would take 2 degrees out from 100kpa and lower, except the area of pops-and-bang thing you got going on.

Then my normal advice is 1-2 degrees removed per psi of boost, but the hard part is your rows are 2.9, 1.45, 1.45, 1.45, 1.45, and 2.3psi jumps. So for the way my head works, I'd change those, and make the timing adjustments as necessary. You're in the right ball park though.

As far as afrs go, that's still too lean in my book. By 11psi (176kpa), I'd be around 11.5-11.6, then interpolate from your 90kpa row to the now lower 176 row. Do that and see how it looks.

still a bit confused with the ignition but how’s that looking? And I think the afr’s are about where you suggest them? Merry Christmas Curly!

Timing looks good, I would lower the 120kpa AFR table by 0.2 and you’re good there. Now the fuel table just needs to be tuned to match target AFRs. Maybe attach the full tune here, so we can make sure the rest of the settings look safe. There’s a touch more than just AFRs and spark table to a tune.
