Default MS3PNP Pro to RaceCapture CAN

EDIT: SOLVED
if you're here and you're a cheap *** like me and you've decided to cut off the OBD2 side of the cable that came with your RaceCapture Track in order to use the CAN wiring instead of spending another 30 bucks on a separate CAN plug, the CANH and CANL wire colors are flipped. In this scenario, WHITE goes to CANH and GREEN goes to CANL. Power is still red and ground is still black.

Hi all,
I'm pulling my hair out over this. I've got a MS3PNP Pro and a RaceCapture Track, and I'm trying to get my RaceCapture to read my CAN output from MS so I can get more data. For the life of me I can not get the MS to send CAN info to the RaceCapture. I've searched through all the forums, made sure my wiring is correct, had 2 tuners check my tunerstudio setup, and I can not get it to work. The RaceCapture is getting power but even the CAN light on RaceCapture isn't lighting up meaning there is no CAN data being sent to the RaceCapture. This is so insanely frustrating, if anyone has ANY suggestions or if you've ever gotten it to work, I would be insanely appreciative!
Thanks!💜

Did you turn it on in CAN Realtime Data Broadcasting and CAN Realtime Data Broadcasting 2? Then enable how often to broadcast and which data you want.

The Racecapture Megasquirt profile should pick it up. I had a RC Track v2 and Microsquirt.
I also had CAN Broadcasting on, but I don't think it did anything.

Also is RC set to 500k and maybe there is a termination resistor needed.

I've tried every rendition of every CAN broadcasting option on and off in every possible combination. Still nothing. Checked baud rate, wiring, terminal resistor is on, everything I can think of or find in a forum I've tried. The only thing I've found is someone saying they got it to work in 2021 but he doesn't say HOW just "I got it to work!" And I'm still waiting on the activation code from that forum so I can direct message him to ask how 😭😭😭 this is so frustrating lol

Well we used that configuration two weeks ago. Is it just RC and MS on one twisted CAN bus pair? There is a debug mode on the RC display you can enable through a LUA script, have you tried that? Also there is a Autosports Labs discord group you could try. https://discord.gg/yVPeqCRu

It's going through the CANH and CANL pins on MS to the green and white wires in the RC CAN wire cable, and red to 12v ignition and black to ground. The RC gets power, just no CAN
I'll try the LUA script, but I tried the preloaded CAN diag script and got a no CAN connection timeout

Also my CAN realtime broadcasting is on, but I can select each individual output to have separate hertz on tunerstudio, not one overarching Hz and "on/off" if that matters...
