Default Clutch wont disengage.

I just put a new clutch, new light weight flywheel from xclutch. Paired with a new master/slave and the full breaded line.

my switch is backed off, and my rod is almost all the way out, the slave good a good 3/8 of play before bottoming out. I already bleed it 4 different way, and also double check the disk orientation and everything in there.

I have thrown the book at it and it still not great.

what im missing here.

bad master out of the box?

90% of it is bleeding. Since it didn't work well. I have bench bleed mine.

It take a bit to do, and need the full braded line. Essentially the slave in a vice with a short bolt in the cylinder so it doesn't blow out. A clear hose that fit on the bleeder. And you manually push the master slowly with the hose feeding back. You can use you thumb to stop the backflow and feed from the master.

Im at the point where I need dimensions. If the clutch need 1' and im getting 5/8, there something going on.

The pedal is pretty good considering. 1" of fluff. And a good stiff pedal. Pretty consistent

Im going to try a new master. they are both exedy from flyingmiata. everything else is good enough shape, stock stuff. I would think the clutch stack be very similar. It from goodwin.

obviously the ⅝ slave travel is not enought. My racecar mine goes to bigger bore master, or change the pedal ratio. But I will see sunday what I can make.

I replaced it with a panel clip And readjusted. (I also added 5mm to both master and slave rod to bring them back centered [may not need])
