Cast manifold
anyone know what happened to all the taco taco cast manifolds you could get for cheap? Anyone have a spare 1.8 manifold, t25 perferrably but ill weld on a new flange if need be. They used to be super common but now you cant hardly find a cheap cast manifold for 1.8 or t25 these days.
Literally searched "1.8 miata cast turbo manifold" in google and got this:

They were always T3, you'll struggle to find a T25 version without welding. Welcome to 2025, where $200 is the new $100.

If you've not already pulled the trigger on anything. I've got the same manifold as Curly linked, but with a T25 bolt pattern. The only issue is that the outlet port is T3 sized. To get around this, I just ported my T25 turbo to match the port on the manifold. I've since sold the GT2560R that I used, but I've still got the Manifold, 2.5" Downpipe, and 2.5" midpipe that bolts to the stock muffler location. I ran this combo for a few years with a Roadster Sport 3 exhaust. It sounded really good and made plenty of power for a stock engine.
If you're on the East coast, shipping might not be too bad. I'd do the manifold for $100 + shipping, or the full kit for $200 + shipping.
The only issues that I remember was that the manifold had slightly damaged threads on the outlet port to the turbo. I just didn't over tighten it and never had a problem myself. Worst case scenario you could likely drill and tap the manifold to accept a slightly larger stud. Also, the downpipe requires that you trim the rear shelf under the brake booster a little bit. I wouldn't recommend this kit if you've got a nice car you, but if you're willing to make it fit, then its a good deal. This with a used 2554R or a 2560R is a great deal imo. A PSR2860 Gen 2 would also be a good deal at ~$600 + tax/shipping.
