Garrett 2554R Oil Restrictor?
Excuse my ignorance, but I have read conflicting information about GT2554r’s already having an oil restrictor installed from Garrett.
Can someone identify if my turbo already has an internal restrictor based on this picture? This is a brand new unit from them.

The GT2554R didn't have a restrictor in it. I ran these:
