Just set my mind at ease...

I must have deleted things I shouldn't have. I opened Tuner Studio and found no tune loaded. I had to do a hard drive search to find any restore points and the latest one is from Sep 2024.

Should I load that old restore point first, then suck the tune out of the controller, or just do the latter? It's really weird looking at some of the tables with no tune loaded. For example, the spark table has -2147 in every box.

I'd just plug in. Once connected, you should be looking at the tune that's on the ECU, save it immediately for reference later. It may ask you "PC settings are different than controller", and just make sure to press "read from controller" or whatever so you don't over write everything.
