I found a very nicely built car in Van Nuys, CA. I was hoping I could pay one of you guys who has a lot of experience with full track/race miatas to go do a PPI for me. There are many local shops, but I doubt many of them specialize in track built turbo miatas. Here's the marketplace link for reference:

I dont know what they charge but $300 seem fair? Google says they are usually $100 to $300.

Yea, I've been talking to the guy for a week. He seems like a good enough guy. I'm just hoping someone can swing by and make sure it runs/drives/doesn't leak everywhere etc etc you would expect out of a working car.
