Default Oil leak coming from turbo!.....this should be added to FAQ.

Well, I saw some drips of oil under my car yesterday, so I began to hunt for the source. Found it was coming from my turbo oil return line (mine goes directly to the oil pan). After taking off the actual oil return line (on the turbo) and seeing no signs of cracking or splits in the line, I started to look at the actual turbo in more detail. With a mirror, I was able to see some drips on the bottom of the compressor side. Being unable to totally see the problem, I took off the turbo. Found that one of the bolts holding the oil return nozzle had come loose and was leaking out that small gasket. I took off both bolts and put lock washers under them, and re-tightned (Grade 10 lockwashers). Problem solved, but lock washers should of been put on those bolts in the first place (lock tight won't work because of the turbo heat). This is something that should be added to the FAQ....I'm sure it's happened before.

Yup....and the evil red stuff too. Know this from assembling hydraulic cylinders at work.
