Why o why could this not be on my day off.

 

I just found out about it myself-- trying to get enough people signed up to make it happen...

 

I thought that you had to have a roll bar for this? I could'nt find that on thier site.
Anyone know?

and post the results here... I have HT but no roll bar...

 

Heh, thats a fun little course. The big right hander is a bit hard on tires though. Also... had a friend on too bald tires going down the straight, try to take the little kink without braking (the right, but sometimes scary way) and then brake... car didn't agree... he shot off course, missed the tire wall and launched over the ditch dukes of hazzard style and almost made it to the train tracks. We pull his radiator support out with a come along and a tree.... hehehe.

 

I ran the new configuration CCW last time I was there. Definitely a big improvement over the old track and the surface doesn't munch tires like it used to. Either way, my necks not strong enough to run w/o roll bar.

 

FYI-- looks like the date has been moved to the 18th. I'm not sure if I'll make it now or not... we'll see.
