Ting from the tranny.

Ting from the tranny.
Sooo...
When I put my car into first, I sometimes hear this ting. Like a tuning fork being struck. I got underneath the car to checked the driveshaft and the rear-end. I also searched high and low for anything loose incase it was some ridiculous coincidence. I've found nothing. Anyone have an idea on this one?
