Default Sound coming from Brakes

After I got my motor rebuilt I noticed everytime I pressed the brakes i'd have a "clunk" sound I really can't tell if it's coming from the front or rear brakes. Has anyone else experienced this? It hasn't effected braking at all.

My set up if it matters is

Wilwood "Big Brake" Kit (Fronts)
Stainless lines (Front/Rear)
Stock Rear Brakes (Upgraded Pads)

Thanks-

How long did it sit during the rebuild and how long has it been going on? If it sat for a good bit and hasn't happened long i would just wait to see if it goes away (providing it's not affecting braking at all) then if it's still doing it in a few days address the issue

My car does that. It's the swaybar bushings. I need to grease them one day.

My friend just bought a miata doing that. It was the clips on the brake pads were missing.
I had another miata that the brake shields where loose doing that.
