Since m.net is such a useless forum where people only respond to threads such as "I feel so proud, i was able to check my tire pressure all by myself, here is a writeup" I will ask my question here.

Ive been toying with the idea of replacing most of the suspension in the front end. But im having some trouble coming up with a list. My car currently feels wobbly in the front after bumps. My alignment guy told me something is messed most be bent in the front because both of the camber bolt marks point to the same direction but the alignment machine is saying that its good.
My current list
ES bushing kit
Outer/Inner tie rods with lower ball joint
Wheel bearings

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

 

Not sure anything listed will correct your alignment woes, but it sounds like a good idea regardless. I'd love to know how it works out for you; I need to revamp the bushings, etc. myself (166k, original bushings/joints).

 

Eccentric bolts are usually overlooked, but not a bad idea for a good alignment as well.
They tend to stretch and strip over time.

 

^And they're only $5 each with the nuts & washers from Rosenthal. I had my car aligned yesterday and had the shop replace all 8 of them.

Yes, these bolts will be replaced as well. I forgot where i found them, but i remember seeing OEM bolts for 3.40 cents each.

If you do the front of the car with ES bushings, I'd do the rear too. The ES bushings are not bonded like OEM bushings, so you reduce effective spring rate when they're installed. To maintain the correct balance and feel, do front and rear suspensions together.
