Group Buy on Garage Vary parts.
I'm not a vendor or anything - but I wanted to pass this info along to you guys from another board. Rspeed is offering a group buy on Garage Vary parts through December 8. They're not expecting any more regular shipments from GV until middle of next year - so this GB is a chance to get an early shipment in.

The group buy is officially for the Garage Vary Lip Spoiler for 99-00. The goal is to get at least 5 orders for front spoilers by December 8th. Once the orders are collected, the lips will be delivered in 4 weeks. The group buy price is $199.95 (30 bucks off and 4 months early!). Hey thanks for posting this here. I was having a hell of a time finding where to put it.
As a small update, I called Rspeed today (11/20/08, 10:00PST) and so far we have 3 confirmed buys. We have two more weeks to get two more sold.

Can we get some pictures of an angle other-than-straight-ahead of that thing. Does it come in not-glossy? The thing doesn't have the same feel as the NA "R"Package lip spoiler, but it's not bad.

We met the minimum 5 orders last week. Anybody who orders from now until Dec 8th (that's lips and eyelids and anything else you can convince Rspeed to order from Garage Vary) will be orderd on Dec 8th and should arrive some 4 weeks after. So buy with confidence from Rspeed on the Garage Vary parts, the will be ordered!
