requesting pictures for front strut tower bars with various turbo setups. Was wondering if there are any fitment issues, like the turbo being in the way.

yah. the center mount sits right where the brake and vac lines went so I just popped them out and leaned them forward some.

I got the mazdaspeed bar used from I have no idea where. maybe miata.net classifieds before they were lame? I picked it up about 6 yrs ago.

 

94' with BEGI s4 system. Cheap bar from Corksport. They're in my backyard so I try to support them. Only issue is tight fit with the ABS system. They say it won't fit but it does. In the 2nd picture notice the bolt. It's right at the ABS lines. I tweaked them very slightly so it didn't rub. They are just covering their butts saying that. Not a great piece but it's cheap and it did make a noticable difference in feel.

 

I don't have a turbo, but you should be able to get an idea of how much clearance you have. This is with the Beatrush STB. One benefit is the fact that the bar is offset and can replace spark plugs w/o removing it.

I can't say I dislike the factory one I got off a 10 AE used. Seems to clear fine, I swapped from my original which didn't fit so well, some ebay thing.
