Tried the Cops from a Acura CL-S on the 01 miata the other day and success with the cold start. it is a 3 wire cop and would not work with the NA's or possibly the 99-00 miatas but works great on the 01 starts better than stock when cold. just thought i might post this if anyone is wanting to install cops on 01 and up models to confirm it works.

not 100% sure about drop in because i did modify my cover for the toyota **** i will post pics tomorrow and measure pretty sure they slide in
