Question any differences when rebuilding short&long nose

Im picking up a COMPLETE rebuild kit off craigslists. im drive 4hrs to pick it up just cause its an Extremely awsome deal and ive been wanting to rebuild the once seized long block i have in my garage.

now currently i have a short nose in my car but it originally had a seized long nose in there so thus the reason for the swap.

currently the long nose in pieces but thats ok, the rebuild kit this guy is seling me included EVERYTHING from pistons to ever nut and bolt. the only thing is he says it was for his 91' miata and im pretty sure they came with short nose.

is there anything difference when rebuilding the long nose and short? like different procedures or maybe each motor uses different front main seals?

Thanks guys and i ask all this so i dont tackle all this with out the proper knowledge

91.5 and above is long nose IIRC. I don't see any differences other than the mani pully bolt & key.

Only difference I can think of would be the woodruff key, pulley and bolt. Each of the short/long/big nose iterations had different lengths and head sizes. Well, key and bolt anyway, not sure about the pulley itself.
