miata supercharger question
ok, I have a 92 1.6 miata. What im wondering is if i should trade my friend my old stock daisy wheels for his sebring supercharger?
He wants to trade because he has no wheels to ride on, and i like the supercharger and know it works.
My main question is should i do it? and what else would i need to buy for more power and reliability?

unless your turbo setup was a total POS and wasnt running right, then you will not like the supercharger. turbo is so far superior, people that prefer superchargers even dont know what theyre missing or theyre retarded.
i like the turbo setup, it was full greddy kit. Im basically getting the supercharger for free, so i was just going to do it and then sell it once i go to turbo.
i want to buy other things before the turbo setup, thats why i was going to s/c for the time being.

I would just keep the wheels and save up for a proper turbo setup. A stock greddy kit = the *****. Of course, I'd take it over a supercharger.
your trying to be a hardass over a simple question, and maybe i could sell the wheels or something to put towards boost idk really it was just a question.
but anyways, how much is a legit price i could get for the supercharger? its got like 5k miles on it

If you take this kind of stuff so seriously youre probably not going to like your stay on this forum. There is lots of joking around and insulting each other. Its quite funny to those of us with thick skin.
You are second guessing the idea so let me help!
DO IT. Install it since it's easy. Have fun now. Worry about turbo later..
Of course this is exactly what 18psi suggested in the 1st response!

I had a supercharger on my old NA and it was a simple install and a nice little boost for the track (even better as a trade for unused daisies). But a turbo is the reco if there's money to be invested. Just enjoy it and have fun.
well i got the supercharger and its on the car, i like it and it was an easy install. I changed out some other things and flushed the radiator and cleaned a little, i may put pics of it and my car on here somtime soon.
