how do i remove half shafts from a 96-05 diff

How do you remove the one piece halfshaft / axle from a 96-05? I cant find any pics or details anywhere. thanks

Once you get it disconnected from the hub, pry it out of the diff with a pry bar, its a press fit.

Sometimes you need a hammer and punch laid against the diff housing to get them to pop out. Also make sure you unbolt the upper control arm and remove the axle nut, so you can slide the axle out of the hub before you start to pry on the inside others wise its not gonna come off.
