MMR diff mount install
When installing the new mounts, do they get tapped in from the top of the diff or the bottom? Basically the disk area that stays visible like in the photo... does it go betweent he diff and the floor of the car or the diff and the clamp on the bottom.
Can't quite figure it from this picture.

You re-use the one that's on the car.
It's not like the Tein ones that come with a new poly one.
BTW... have fun getting the old bushing out.
I like having a 5 ton press at work.

Half and half. There's the little bottom piece that you scrape the rubber off of, and then there's a polyurethane donut that goes in between the bottom of the diff and those lower mounts.
I'm trying to install me MMR diff mounts and have ran into some questions. Is there a metal sleeve that goes between the bolt and bushing itself? When installing mine I noticed a lot of wiggle room and my bushing retainer plate doesn't fit correctly. After reading, I thought I had the bushing assembly understood, but the instal is proving me wrong. Assembly goes: read subframe>MMR Bushing (bigger diameter on top when installed on the car)>read end>retaining plate>nut?
Does anyone sell lower donuts, or do I need to make them? My MMR's make the lower bracket sit to high up, so they can't attach to the tab with the two bolt holes. Needs lowered a 1/4 inch or more.
