Default Torque on Diff Center section bolts?

I am replacing the broken diff housing on my wife's 97 with a RX-7 housing. What should I torque the small bolts to that hold the center section in? I can't find a value in any of my maita shop manuals or online. Im guessing 15-20 ft-lb should be ok, but wanted to see if anyone knows the specified value. I bought three torque wrenches to cover anything from 20 in-lb to 200 ft-lb so I might as well use them.

I knew all those years wrenching on helicopters was worth something. Thanks

Can I use any automotive RTV for the seal or should I stick to any specific one, the red, blue or black? Not that I have a clue what the difference is between them.

Doesn't much matter. I've used whatever color was handy in the tool box for differentials.
