Default DIY Oil catch can using NB evap canister

So after seeing oil in the intake, I decided I needed to do something about it. A catch can. Some of those fancy aluminum units are too expensive...for realz. I realized that the fuel evap canister thingy is empty and should work just fine. You NA guys know this as the charcoal canister under the hood...but on NBs it's empty.

Anyway...maybe some of you will utilize this cheap modification.

Nice idea, is the can vented anywhere or is just hooked to the intake? I can't tell where that other hose is going. If it's hooked to the intake and the can is empty then there is nothing to hold oil in there. At high rpms I could possibly still be getting sucked into the intake. I would just VTA the can.

This is pretty damn cool.
I always laugh at people that pay 100-200 for a damn brand name catch can.
