I'm running about 6 psi non-intercooled on my 99, with stock injectors and a 190lph HP pump. For you guys with a similar setup, what kind of duty cycle are you seeing max? Is anyone over 85% under wot runs?

You probably are. Since your fuel supply is limited to a max of 60psi by the returnless system, you should think about going with larger injectors.
