Default Stage 4 Renown BP head

So we just finished this head for our sponsored Miata Car in FL. This is our Stage 4 "Full Race port." When porting these heads we attack every angle possible. We cut the valves and valve seats here in house and vacuum check every valve for a proper seal. To ensure proper valve train geometry we set and adjust the installed valve tip height. This attention results in maximum performance and reliability. We are working on building an inventory of heads to help expedite the process to help keep your down time to a minimum and your car on the track longer. We will also be offering core exchanges as well. Tell us what you think.

Specs:
-Renown 4 angle Valve Job
-Renown Full Race Port
-Renown Chamber work
-Resurface
-Supertech dual valve springs
-Supertech coated valves
-Supertech ti-retainers
-Bronze Valve guides

Each head we do also receives:
-Clean / Hot Tank
-Baked and soda Blasted
-Visual Evaluation / Inspection
-Vacuum tested
-Lubricated

Thumbs up

Very nice Brandon.
Was this a 99-00 head?
Were you able to get before and after flow numbers?

We were unable to flow this one because the customer wanted it right away so the car can drift in this weekends event.

For the port work and the valve job we offer 3 stages.

Street port: $600
Mild race port: $900
Full race port: $1200

Plus cost of parts I assume? What would total cost be if we sent you a stock 99 head for a Mild Race port?

I bet I could break 300whp with a big-dong port-job on my car at 12psi on the tater. Too bad that I'll never know.

What's going on on top of the left hand side valve guide? Looks like a slight crack?

I didn't notice that till we blew it up on the computer. That is just a small burr, the valve guides have not been installed at that point. Once honed for the bronze valve guides that burr would be removed.
