Just wondering if anyone has seen a similar issue...
I just installed my TSE 11.75" BBK w/ M-tuneds rear sport upgrade. When I pulled my rear calipers off I found they were both beat...one was even seized completely. I went to advanced and bought the cheapest remanufactured calipers I could. When I put them on I found that my driver side caliper was rubbing on my rotor. I checked the M-tuned bracket and it is correct... so the only thing I could think of is that the casting on the caliper was off. I put it side by side next to the old one and found that there was about 3/16" more material on the mounting which offset the whole caliper towards the rotor.
Of course I noticed all of this AFTER i took it for a test drive. That was noisy.
I failed and didn't take pics. I'm praying the caliper I am getting tomorrow isn't fucked up.
Side note... HOLY CRAP this brake setup is incredible. I cant get over how hard my car stops.

Got another one today. No issues. It is amazing how different the casting was. I will think twice about buying re-manufactured parts from now on. I had no idea they weld / rework the castings and don't get anywhere near the factory spec.
