I'm running a 92 miata with a 1.6 JDM, td04h greddy turbo kit, megasquirt pnp, and a turboXs boost controller. It was tuned before i bought it for autox. According the the former owner, it's around 210 rwhp at 10 lbs and 275 rwhp at 15lbs. I'd like to run the boost up to around 14ish to see if i can break into the 11's at the track, but I'm getting a boost spike that prevents me from getting full use out of the 15 lbs of boost.

I read that trash in the boost controller could cause this and I havent taken the boost controller or waste gate apart to see how clean they are, but was wondering if anyone's had this problem and has any other ideas to help me reduce this spike

 

Sounds like a recipe for vented block.

Horsepower Logic in palm beach tuned the car for the former owner to autox, not sure what they used.

I read the boost sag post, and mine is hooked up that way, and will be changed shortly, thanks much
