Default Seeking 1.6 Exhaust Flange Cad file

Hi Guys,

Just starting a DIY build on my 1.6 Miata I'm doing a simple low boost build to start with, but am trying to cover all my bases and leave a bit of headroom for growth later on (fmic/ms2 etc).
Done a heap of research on here, its been very helpful so far!
I have a background in Cad and steel fabrication so i'm hoping I can put some of my skills to good use!

Trying to get hold of a Cad drawing of the exhaust flange if anyone has one?
Can't seem to find one anywhere??
I could just get a gasket to copy, and may well have to do that if noone has a drawing.
I'll be sure to post it somewhere for others to use.

Cheers
Simon

Might as well see if we can get a 1.8 thrown up in here as well. That way it can be the flange cad file thread. Turbo flanges if you got em too.

Thanks for uploading the CAD file. I may be doing something wrong, but I can't see all the dimensions necessary for manufacturing. Looks like only the overall dimensions are there. Maybe he forgot to include some layers?

Here are the cad files, these are for information only.
The responsibility is yours to check whether these will actually fit. I suggest printing out first at 1:1 and checking before you get them cut!

1.6 Exhaust flange - measured by myself
1.8 Exhaust flange - converted from a Google Sketchup file I found (not sure if correct)
NB40 Butt Weld Bends - used in my manifold (metric) Bends and Tee's
TD04L Inlet - 3 bolt inlet as used on WRX etc found on the internet will confirm tonight if it matches mine!
3D Manifold - My log type manifold, still to confirm position of turbo

Thanks Sim. If I have time at work tomorrow I'll see about getting those made into a couple different formats. STL and STEP should cover just about anyones needs.

Do you happen to have this file still?

I tried to click the link but unfortunately it says the link is broken.
