Default Greddy Turbo - do I want?

For the SAABata. 1.8L, stock motor, 200-220 whp, will be DIY weld el mani, whatever I make for DP and for exhaust, RX7 460's, MS2. I have everything but the turbo and whatever I make for the manifold.

A local said that he had an SR20 T25 and was bringing it to pistol/rifle shooting day at my place this weekend. Now he said it's an original Greddy kit turbo.

What are the specs on an "original Greddy Kit" turbo? Better, worse, about equal to the SR20 T25? Will it support my goals? All that I know about Greddy kits is that most people upgraded all of the components and when they were done all that was left from the original kit was the turbo so maybe they aren't bad? $75-$100 sound about right for the turbo if shaft play is good?
