For some reason my uploads are always failing. Tried with my phone (usually worked without a problem in the past) and with Chrome on my Macbook Pro. Seems like the pics are uploading, then just says "upload failed."

Any ideas?

 

Also: Tried with Firefox as well.

Hmm I've never had an issue due to file size before. Will try again later with a smaller size and see.

 

Try it again and let us know, I extended the max upload size but it should have been enough. PNG file type was a bit low at 1MB, it is now 8MB.

I'm having the same problem- cant upload from Safari on my Mac or from my iPhone...

 

The "attachment key" chart says jpg files are max 1mb (?!?). Did that recently change? (But gifs are 8+ GB??)

 

.jpe and .jpeg are 8mb too. The .jpg is still 1mb like it was before. Change that file limit too and I bet most problems will be solved. I've gotten used to edit the pics on my phone slightly before uploading through the browser.

 

Yuppers- it was the image size. I resized it down and my picture worked.

 

I changed the file size for all of them to 8.5MB so hopefully it helps a bit so they won't need to be resized as much going forward.
