So I got my 99 head and block back from my machine shop. My buddy decided to check valve clearance fml. He set intake lash between .008-.011. And the exhaust side was between .015 and .017... From what I've read Mazda specs are intake side .011-.013 exhaust .011-.013? Is there any reason for this? Or did he just eff up?
