diff leaking???

diff leaking???
2002 6 speed with torsen diff work fine for 3 month and he suddently start leaking alot by the seal on the left axle
i change the seal and he still leaking???
there is no play on the axle in the diff???
the job was done by my friend, he working as mechanic at honda for 15year so he know how to do it...
he want to open the diff, what do you think???
