How do you undo the hose from the fuel rail?

Default How do you undo the hose from the fuel rail?

How do you undo the hose from the fuel rail? I see an orange connector on the inside with a black connector on the outside. Cant find how to remove it from the fuel rail though. Teach me the voodoo.

You need a fuel line disconnect tool. It's basically an almost-circle of plastic that opens up, slides over the fuel line, and you push inside the connector to release the clamp holding it onto the ridge on the line.

Cheap, available at FLAPS.

I used tiny screw drivers. It was terrible. I recommend buying the tool.

Oh thanks, Now that i learned what its called i could look it up how it works. I wonder if i can use a credit card or something like that. Oh well thanks guys.
