This is another mind game, it really screws with you. It's a game you can load up and appreciate, because you know someone actually put a thought or two into the making of the game. It makes you think. It's not just mindless running around shooting a gun aimlessly like a brain dead parrot.

Faster Than Light (FTL):



Its like a Star Trek simulation RPG where you travel through star systems dealing with different scenarios and battling other ships.

Dear Esther:



Most people wouldnt really call this a game, Id say its like a visual novel. I cant really say much without ruining it.
I thought it was incredible, some would think it was boring.

 

I love dear ester. It's like a movie game.

I'll probably buy the stanley parable when its on sale again - back at full price now. The demo was actually pretty damn entertaining.

Edit: **** a whole lot of slendermann. I downloaded the original years ago and only played it like 3 times, i really did not like how scary it was. no fun.

Amnesia on the other hand I put hours into. Still never finished it, got stuck on some stupid puzzle.

 

My favorite indie game right now is Cookie Clicker. It's the dumbest game you can't stop playing.

When I first saw you post I was gonna reply with antichamber but I guess it slipped my mind. FTL is the **** also.

 

Has anyone played The Swapper so far? Its also on sale right now on Steam.

 

The Swapper is very cool. The visuals are pretty cool and it plays kinda like Portal mixed with Metroid.
I need to play more of it but I have so much other **** to play I haven't gotten back to it.

Crowdfunding game... I'd consider it somewhat Indie.
They make some pretty big claims, we'll see if it ever pans out.
