Default Bearing selection

I'm about to pick up a second block for a "just in case" build because I'm uncertain of my motors health. I hate downtime and have no other car. How does one ensure they select the correct crank/rod bearings? Pros and cons to having a looser engine or a tighter tolerance?

How does oil pressure effect these pros and cons? Mine pushes a consistent 72-80psi under load. 90-100 if cold start.

When looking at these internals package deals, how do you know what to order aside from standard?

Sorry, I'm not a machinist but I do want to order parts.

^If you don't mind, could you post what you information you were able to get? I'm curious at how these tolerances are determined in high performance engine builds...I've read a couple articles online, but they all seem to have their own idea about it...
